I Made This I Few Years Ago Useing ML Movie Punisher (Thomas Jane) I Cut Off All The Ammo Pouches And Repainted The T-Shirt. I Gave Him Real Bandages With Red Sharpie Dabbed Accross It. I Then Glazed The Tape With Krazy Glue To Harden The Bandage Tape Like Plastic. The Tape Can Be Removed With Out Dammage To The Face's Paint. The Brown Trench Coat Is From ML Gambit , The 9mm Is From Matrix Neo And The ShotGun Is From Resident Evil's Hunk, The Sling Was Made From Commando Spawn Parts.
