Jakks did a run of Rocky figures just before Rocky Balboa was released. I was only into it for one reason... Clubber Lang. Mr. T gave a killer performance in Rocky III and created the best Rocky opponent ever in my book. I've been a life-long Mr. T fan ever since. Jakks did a 6" version of Clubber that I love but I wanted a 12" version to hang with my vintage Mr. T 12" figures. I snatched up a suitable WWE figure and got to work. The 12” Max Aggression figs are made with interchangeable parts (the head and hands come off and the figure separates at the waist). - Mohawk, beard, eyebrows, and nose were created with Sculpty - Boxing gloves were sculpted from scratch with Sculpty. The retain articulation and are removable. - Boxing trunks were also created with Sculpty. The flash erases all the nice detail on the waist band but it looks like elastic in person. - The socks were done with a plaster cloth to give the illusion of cotton. The thing I like most about him is that I'll be able to make a B.A. Baracus figure from the A-Team with these same parts. All I have to do is pop the original hands back (with added gold ring and bracelets), throw some bling around his neck, and replace the crotch and legs with those of a John Cena (who is wearing long jean shorts) and blam... 2 bad @ss Mr. T figures in one. ![]() |
