I think you should make an attempt at the kings guards from the second fil. the ones with the wooden masks and kick bum swords, or if you really adventurous you could do an ogru jhad or the elemental

Sweet--now here's a character I never thought I'd see a custom of, largely 'cuz he's just a guy in a suit. Excellent work!
About the cane and glasses--maybe some Riddler/Joker figure accessory? I've seen some of those over the years with canes. There's been a number of figures with glasses in this scale too--the Hush Jim Gordon comes to mind. You could try making your own out of some out of the clear plastic from a toy package too. A cane is relatively simple to sculpt/fabricate as well, particularly if you're going to do a straight one and not the stereotypical J-handle type.
