Well with this custom I used a street fighter Cammy figure cut out some details like the hat, and the hair and belt are made out of epoxy obviously.

ok, wow. I see what you are TRYING to accomplish, but dude, let me tell you know. Get some different paint.
and I don't know what you are using to sculpt, but try to fine-tune whatever you sculpt before considering a custom finished/ready for paint.
