Thanks for the comments, people. I agree, the cape could be improved upon. At the time, my 'laboratory' stock of capes was pretty low. Another reason I went with the beach ball is because of the length. The cape comes down pretty low in the front. If I was to use a cape like Black Panther's or Moon Knight's, I'd have to add to the front, and it wouldn't look 'seemless'. Any suggestions?

Very nice figure. Love the Heman hair too. You did a great job on the cape but I agree, a more natural falling cape would top it off, very inventive though on using that material.

Agree with Pat here bro. It's a solid custom hindered by the material used on the cape.
Replace it with another cape (Magneto, Superman, Moonknight, Taskmaster, Dracula etc.) and he'd be perfect.

Looks great; the figure itself is very good and I really dig the cosmic star thing on the inside of the cape. It's too bad you couldn't find a different material that hangs more naturally though--maybe you could have used some kind of clothing material or taken a sculpted superhero cape and painted the interior to match what you have now.
