Used the MCU Red Hulk as the base as I felt it was a good fit proportionately.
Word of warning, the figure is a pain to prep for joint rub.
I experimented with this quite a bit using Milliput for the head dress, Craft foam for the forearms, shins, lower skirt & belt for the figure.
The base of the skirt was soft goods for added mobility. The chin was sculpted using the flat end of a cocktail stick.
I did sculpt the head dress to the neck removing articulation, though from what I've seen of the character, he doesn't seem to move his neck

Everything was resculpted & repainted to match the artwork & sprite of the character, I also was inspired by the unreleased SOTA figure I saw prototypes of.
