Hey! This was one of those simpler customs to make. Got a used purple dress Eowyn figure off eBay for about ten bucks, rotated the skirt and cut a slit in it, re-gluing it tighter so it wouldn't flare out so much. Painted the hair a lighter color, reinvigorated the gold highlights on her vest by painting it with shiny gold acrylic and then wiping it off with a damp paper towel, just leaving the recess designs. Made her long sleeves from a glasses cleaning cloth, cut to size and attached with gorilla glue. Spray painted the skirt black and then added several layers of white acrylic topped off with a coat of mod-podge. Overall I'm really happy with the result.
