I wanted to do a custom Velociraptor that had more articulation than my other ones, and a custom paintjob based on modern birds of prey.

I started out with a JP:TLW Raptor, gutted it, removed the jaw, and dremeled the head down a little bit. A Spiderman 3 - Black suit Spidey shoulder provided articulation for the neck, and the forearms and biceps came from the Serpentor G.I. Joe figure. After reallizing that I prefered the newer look of the JP3 Raptors, I switched the claws, legs, and head/jaw with a JP3 Pack Raptor. I used Apoxie to create feathers on the forearms and tail, and Painted it over with Krylon spray paint, and Citadel model paints.

The last pictures encompasses both the final raptor, and the raptors that it came from.
