Here is my first 3D Printed figure. I used the Creality Halot Resin. Took a while to get it going but it came out nice. This is actually something that @marianojgomes had created and was available on his Patreon. I did not print a pair of the hands. The size works well with both the Kotobukiya model kit and the D-Arts X figures. I will say, the joints were VERY tight and needed to be sanded and drilled out with the dremel. It would be better if some of the parts had connectors so they would stay in place. There are multiple moveable parts including the following: Wrists, Forearms, Elbows, Biceps, Shoulders, Chest, Abs, Neck, Head, Jaw, Thighs, Knees and Feet. I did have the MadHands garage kit from about 10 years or so ago. That was a statue that was sold during WonderFest or WinterFest. I tried to add some joints to it and making it more posable. Now, when comparing... it was definitely meant to stay a statue since he looks so skinny. Not to mention using different paints. The Gundam Color really makes the new one pop. I can't wait to get some fire effects to go with it along with other Mavericks. Speaking of, this character is Magma Dragoon. A former maverick hunter from the Mega Man X4 game on PS1. He brought down the Sky Lagoon Fortress then went into a volcano to hide and wait for his final confrontation with X. He is popular because he uses some sick Street Fighter moves. Plus, he is a dragon... dragoon. ![]() |
