Used a cheap fly figure I found for a buck and some change then used a Star Wars Bill Burr body used some other Star Wars figure hands gave him a black wash and viola I present Horace disenchanted and a bit unhinged he loves a good dust up a vigilante that embarks at dusk to take up for the innocent think about like a Casey Jones of sorts

Thanks I did this all for like $6 I also thought about this being Baxter but I wanted to added a few more characters to my original idea of the Rough and Tumble Dust up Bumbles hey if sang in the tune to the original TMNT cartoon ha it kinda goes with it
