Birthday present for a friend. Did a dry brush over the blue jacket with charcoal paint. I didn’t want to color the jacket totally gray. I kinda like the idea that cobra Commander was just wearing the same old, blue jacket and it has gotten dirty and worn over the years. Painted the boots brown. Used the hat off of a clone wars Cad Bane. Used the Cad Bane vest for the pauldrons as well and colored them red. May repaint with a better in the future. I go back-and-forth between coloring his scarf white or keeping it red.
