Weirdly, this guy wasn't actually in the order. Just Ariel and Thundarr. I'm not sure why, but I was not going to pass up the opportunity for group shots. While a lot of the series pulled ideas from things like Conan, a bunch of its inspiration also came from Star Wars. Ookla specifically was added by studio request, wanting to capitalize on Chewbacca popularity. It was also pretty common for these shows to have some type of beast-like character, and I think Ookla is one of the best versions of that.

Cut and resculpted the hands for three fingers. Sanded down and resculpted the waist. Sculpted up the full boots, and the entire head. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
