I've always liked Arcade, even though he never amounted to much. Unfortunately, much like Toyman, he's a bit of a one trick pony. You can do really cool storylines with him, but also very few. I liked his section in Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and I even kinda liked the old Arcade's Revenge game. Miss games like that. Arcade of all people getting to be the main villain!? Classic games went with deep cuts a lot. But, I just really wanted to give him a shot, and here we are!

Feet were from Havok, bulked up with sculpt. Head was from Dark Hawkeye, fully sanded down and resculpted, with the hair sculpted on. Sculpted up the bowtie, as well. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
