The head comes from the 2008 DC Super Heroes Brainiac
The arms come from the McFarlane DC Multiverse Justice League Movie Cyborg
The torso comes from the McFarlane DC Multiverse Page Punchers Atom
The legs come from the McFarlane DC Multiverse Cyborg Superman
the tubes are Lego tubes

and with that....He is complete!
