This is a Marvel Legends style 200x Skeletor. The base figure for Skeletor is the Marvel Legends Rock Python with Blue Marvel arms. The head for Skeletor is modeled by 3DNaTriCa on cults3d. All the other parts are from a 200x Skeletor that I cut up and hollowed out/modified the parts to work on a Marvel legends body.
