Used a Gi joe classified figure I believe it was a Flint could be mistaken used a Star Wars Greef figure head then used a marvel legends figure jacket gave him some weapons and a paint job and viola super simple

I literally just bought this blu ray like a month ago. And bought his Raiders jersey when he passed too. RIP to the legend Carl Weathers!
