The Joytoy TMT is awesome. Everything coming from the line is clearly based on the 1987 cartoon with an updated twist, with one glaring exception. Shredder is clearly based on the 2003 cartoon, where Shredder was an Utrom in a robot suit. As such, while the Joytoy Shredder is really well designed, it lacked any personality and felt very generic. Even the Foot soldiers have more personality. So, I decided to give him a 1987 redesign. I used Aves Apoxie Sculpt to fill in some of the defined muscles on the chest and abdomen, used some UV resin to fill in the textured arms to give them smooth finish for a flesh look, painted in the face and eyes, and replaced the rubber cape with a cloth cape. I also changed the badge on his belt to resemble the 1987 Foot Clan logo that is seen on the Foot Soldier figures, and not the 2003 Foot clan logo the figure comes with. Shredder finally looks like he is part of the same line and feels alive.

Ohh, for the cape, I followed the guide that Freeter Productions made for his NECA Shredder on YouTube. The diameter of the cape is 18cm.
