Did this a while back probably my third or fourth figure I ever customized but never posted any pictures of it. It is just a simple repaint of the Tommy Pokémon Charmander figure. it used to be orange now it's yellow. For those unfamiliar with what a Shiny Pokemon is it is when Pokemon is a different color so yellow is charmander's and Charizard becomes black. They are basically albinos in Pokemon.
