Took a Star Wars Palpatine head thought it kinda looked like an old Vito so I said why not the head is small compared to other scaled figures so I thought maybe it'll work on the Howard body and viola it kinda did so I complied this one up real quick I went with my first thought with Vito but I also saw a Dick Tracy Pruneface found some hands that fit and bam I did this ludicrous speed quick after the pictures I saw I needed to paint the hands more I'll do that later and maybe repost the finished outcome but as of now here he is
