And finally, wrapping up the Salem Seven run is Reptilla. I sculpted in stages over crushed, rolled aluminum foil starting at the tail and building towards the body. Once the spiral section harden, I went in smaller sections, 2-3, allowing each new application to cure before sculpting in the legs and pelvis. My concern was I'd sculpt the Hydra body into place and the weight would be too much for the foil and sculpt to support before it fully cured. Not sure I needed to but an ounce of prevention...right? I was going to used an angry Tigra head but then I found the Monet head and I like this look better. The snake arms are the python from Jake the Snake Roberts. I cheated and sculpted a head at the tail end.
