I've always wanted to make a Sandman figure. I like Hydroman more, but Sandman is really cool. But, while we got an armored Hydroman, we got a really good Sandman figure. So, without making him differently, like without the sand arms, there wasn't really a point in fixing him up. Which, I might still do that. Versions of Hydroman and Sandman both not actually using their powers. That might be fun. Anyway, when looking for that Hellboy head a couple months ago, I spotted this Thomas Haden Church head and figured that would be a great variant to make! After doing a full marathon through all the Spiderman movies I've definitely settled into liking the original trilogy the best, and Spiderman 3 really isn't as bad as I remember. For the first half, at least. It goes a little downhill after that. But I love this portrayal of Sandman and I'm glad I decided to add him to the mix.

Feet were from Steve Rogers. Head was a cast from FashionDay on eBay. Sculpted the bottom of the pants, belt, and full shirt. Full repaint, and all done!
