I found these Soldier Force Mech suits on sale and grabbed a few. They are about 12 inches tall and meant to fit 3.75in figures, which makes them pretty useful for army building. The canopy opens, the legs and arms move, the saw weapon movies and it even has a push button sound effect and lights detail.

They had the same problem that many Soldier Force and similar lines have though-good original mold, awful paint. So the main thing here was repainting. For the most part, it was painting specific detail, like the saw blade, lights, vents, wires, etc. Once that was all done, the mech was was give some washes of black and brown dry brushing to make it look weathered and like it had been through some battles. Finally, everything was sealed.

Not a hard custom, just detail time consuming. It's still a good addition to 3.75in figure army building.
