Not a character I get to make a ton. I've always kinda liked Storm, but also never really liked making her all that much. I did get to put together her classic white costume once, and that is really the only design for her I've ever liked. Aside from Bloodstorm. I can't remember where this one originates. One of the more recent Uncanny runs, I think? A fun, simple design to put together.

Sculpted the hair, shoulders, gloves, top of the boots, and the entire cape. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
