I repainted the Plasma Series figures with Peppercorn acrylic paint and modified their Pistol Belts to remove the Radios and Leg Hose Attachments, and modified the key fobs. I also applied "comeback" phase No-Ghost decals to the sleeves, and added Cee of Tranquility custom-printed Lifegard II Personal Alert Safety Systems and Santa Claus-style top caps.

As with my previous figures, I used an Xacto knife, painter's tape, superglue, staples, and acrylic tubes to modify the Proton Packs, although for these I went with 1989 specs rather than 1984. (Most notably, the Ribbon Cable is different, and the Neutrona Wand is slung at a 45° angle rather than vertically.)
