I always wanted a line of figures from the old Playstation 1 fighting game Battle Arena Toshinden, but alas this franchise has more or less fallen out of memory for most. I decided to make my own characters some time ago. The base body for most of the characters is going to be a simple Tamashii Body-kun (M) or (F) depending on gender. Soft goods clothing made by myself, no sewing required but I glued the cloth onto the body without restricting articulation too much. Katana is an accessory sold with Body-kun figures (both M and F). The hair was sculpted with epoxy, the thin hair strands are shaped cardboard and it was all painted. The figure comes without any facial features so the eyes and mouth had to be painted.
