Can't remember the base, maybe a Green Goblin. Any figure with some chainmail probably would work well. The claws came from a G.I. Joe Figure from Rise of Cobra, Rex Lewis. The hood and weapon was the Toybiz X-cutioner, slightly modified.

Edit: It was an MU Thor figure for the base.
