I read the comics up through Shattered Grid, and then didn't mess with them anymore. But more recently, I heard about the Death Ranger. So, if I understand correctly, he comes from a race that doesn't die, joined the Rangers, and then witnessed the death of a friend and fellow Ranger. He couldn't comprehend it and it left him searching for a kind of "death cure." After that, he ended up as a type of spectral being, possessing others, including Jason Scott, the Red Omega Ranger, and that's where any of my knowledge ends. I assume some of that is correct. But I saw the design and couldn't resist. And it's such a great concept for an evil Ranger.

Head was some old cast. Like a Terminator skull or something. Teeth lined up better than a regular skull, so I used that and sculpted the entire helmet around it. No clue where you could get it now. Sculpted the bracelets, belt, top of the left leg, and the entire upper torso armor. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
