I was working on a custom Prince Xizor from Shadows of the Empire, but since it has been pipelined by Hasbro, I used some fodder I had to make an OC figure.

BS Moff Gideon - Torso, Arms, Lower Legs and Cape.
Shin Hati - Thighs.
Ponda Baba - Neck and Hands.
Reva - Lightsaber.
