This is it, folks, this is it! Finally a Wolverine based on one of my all time favorite comicbooks - Weapon X by the brilliant Barry Windsor-Smith. It's so exhilarating to be able to (in my mind) do it justice. I still remember reading the book for the first time when I was way too young to do so at the age of 9. Scarred me for life, heh. I have a deep seated love for it, though, and I've returned to it many times in my life, most recently a week ago in preparation for this custom. What was supposed to be a quick skimming for some art inspiration ended up being reading it from cover to cover.

Weapon X is a project I've been meaning to make since 3 years ago when I started acquiring the fodder but could never figure out a recipe I was happy with. Then! The Muff Toyz Adam came into my possession and I knew what I wanted to do with it in an instant. It looked so good next to my House of X Wolverine that I couldn't believe my luck.
