The torso, hair, shoulders, and the metal thing on the left hand are from the original figure.
I used the head, arms, and right hand from a Logan action figure.
The legs came from a Black Panther figure, and the boots were taken from Longshot.
I had fun changing the original hair to the long, crazy look from an AoA figure.

I painted the shoulders to match the skin color of the face and arms. Then, I blackwashed the entire body and modified the small piece of the left hand.

I was aiming for a taller version of Logan as Weapon X, and my inspiration came from the Deadpool and Wolverine movie.
