I wasn't happy with the original figure. Initially, I was going to modify it, but I made a new one.
I took one of the heads that came with the Black Widow figure, touched up the eyes and eyebrows, and added a more stylized tattoo.

I then used the hair from Storm and painted it with a couple of red tones. Finally, I used the chest from Sersi and placed the shoulder pads and arms of the original Jean Grey from the Sugarman series.
Attaching the shoulder pads without breaking them and adapting the arms was the most complicated part of the process.
The torso and legs are from a Red Widow figure.
I used the feet from an old Black Cat figure and painted them black.
The belt is from a GI JOE figure and I painted it in brown and gold tones.

I chose not to add the blue details of the original suit, as I preferred the combination of black and red.
