Get the Security suit kit from Hottestfuzz, put it on whatever 6" figure you want, it's designed for classified figures, paint it up however you like. I used the method of cutting out "pixel" shapes out of masking tape, and covering, then painting over, and when you remove it all, it looks like digital camo. I repaired a few parts, and patched a few holes with faux leather, namely one of the pair of the right upper hip square tong things, the left rear thigh armor, and to pad out the torso armor. Might add some decals to make it game accurate eventually, but for now, this is what I've got.
