The base is a Riddler figure.
The head is Mr. Fantastic from the Fantastic Four box set.
The jacket is a Movie Master Joker
The hat & cane are from a Willy Wonka figure.
The vest & tie were cut from vinyl.
I painted the energy effects from a DCUC Superman Blue to simulate the shadow effect of the Shade.
