From Legend a Dragonball tale, the amazing short fan film.

From its animation, acting, style and of course this new what if Transformation inspired by Sun Wu Kong even more.

Took the mask and fire ring around the neck off.
I used a rubber cape from a Batman Arkham city Batman to make the skirt.
And the tail was used from a Q Tip funny enough.

The rest was mostly a paint job with multiple coats since, the figure was originally clear plastic.
