A little late to the Fallout party. Here's my go at Cooper Howard, aka The Ghoul, based on his appearance in the Fallout TV series. What an awesome character and amazing portrayal by Walton Goggins. This 1/10 scale figure is made using Mcfarlane bits, mainly Constantine, and added a lot of extra pieces, including a custom faux leather trench coat and holsters and even a themed display stand.
