So, I'm pretty sure this only lasted for one issue. Conceptually, I love the idea, but it was just poorly timed. If I remember correctly, Colossus became disillusioned with Xavier, left to join Magneto, popped up as a member of the Acolytes in Excalibur, then Shadowcat got him to switch back and join the team. But this was also when they were back to pushing Magneto as a top villain. This would have been a perfect idea for a point when Magneto was more of an anti-hero. Just a different approach to the same idea as Xavier. Put him in charge of Genosha, make the Acolytes his X-Men, and then have some mutants that have become disillusioned with Xavier join him. Would have been a cool mix of X-Men and Brotherhood members working together to protect the island. I would have liked to check out an Acolytes comic.

Upper legs were from Omega Red, heavily sanded down to fit the body. Had to cut and resculpt the knees, as well. Sculpted on the belt, boot tops, bracers, full torso, shoulder pads, headpiece, and the full cape. Full repaint, and all done!
