So! I had this Tim Drake figure from a Batman and Son action figure set, and he doesn't really scale with my McFarlane dolls because he's supposed to be 17 post OYL, and he's still baby-sized compared to Batman (exaggeration).

BUT He scales perfectly if he's just 13 or 14, and I have never been able to find an existing Tim in his first Robin outfit action figure that isn't weirdly buff, so I just turned OYL Tim into First Outfit Tim.

I cut his cape, which had a black part in the back I assume for balance (pic 3 has the unmodded doll). I gave him some T-shirt cut sleeves and made his gloves a little bulkier. Other than that it was simple re-painting.

I could not match the exact red of his tunic when I was repainting his lower body, so perhaps I'll give the whole thing a repaint some day. But for now I am happy with him.
