The Phantom King in Volitional holdings & Votives is entirely made up I just thought it sounds cool it just flows so I went with it this base was first a space ghost but he's been done many times thought of doing Red tornado but I found a Mcfarlane gold label one for $6 at Target was going to do a bearded Dhalsim but I doubted I could get his skin tone right they're were many many ideas then I thought I have this purple paint I rarely used so then is where I knew what to do I just put my spin on it and that's all folks
