I used a head cast for Weapon H and of course a Hulk body. I trimmed the pant cuffs and filled in the "rips". The claws are cut up gift cards (used.) The belt is from Sugar Man.

Solid approach to the claws. I'm always a bit torn on Weapon H. I both love and hate the concept. Awesome rendition! Looks great!
