My effort to improve a great figure. Added a NTT Robin head , moved the holders for his sticks , and added leather to the gloves and boots. I also painted the pouches Gun Metal,but it's real subtle. Hope you guys like!

it work I mean head so perfect and lovin the leather look................its great but one thing I can't seem to find the ntt robin figure you used for the head? can someone comment a link?
