So I got this Warhammer figure on a really big discount on BBTS. I'm not the biggest 40k fan, so I just started thinking of what I could do for a custom. Thinking of other badass women in power armor, my first thought was Samus. So after a little bit of brainstorming, I figured what would it look like if Samus found herself in the 40k world without her armor, and scavenged some Adaptus Sororitas armor. She then got the chance to customize it to her liking, this might be what comes out.

This was mostly a paint job with some minor tooling. I shaved off all the imperial symbology from the shoulders, chest and knees. removed some other stuff here and there including the tabard thing. I also cut out the armor between the eye holes to make it more like Samus's visor. After that it was just a lot of trial and error painting. Found a good looking head, and altered it a bit for an unhelmeted look. finally hollowed out the gun and stuck it on the arm. And yes, I fully understand that you couldn't stick your arm inside a mechanical ballistic rifle and still expect it to work. Maybe she lost her arm to a tyrannid or something. just go with it, cuz it looks cool.
