This is a repaint of the Retro Wave Scarlet Witch! I also modified the head by changing her mouth, adding more curls and recut the tiara into a more comic faithful shape. I made the cape too and it's fully wired.

I wanted the colours to be brighter and more faithful to the comic art, especially in the West Coast Avengers comics.
