The head and torso are obviously Mercury from the Metal Men from the DCUC line, with his chin and nose sanded down a bit. The bottom half is from the DC direct Starfire figure that gave her hair the flying effect. The lightning bolts in the head are accessories from the Weaponer from the DC direct Crisis on Infinite Earth line. I heated up a very small screwdriver to make notches in his head so that the lightning bolts aren’t just glued on his head, they are actually glued INTO his head.
