This here is a fantasy version of General Grievous from star wars. I made him for D&D as a Warforged, brought to life by an Artificer that I also have a figure of, and will add her to this site eventually. His core frame is metal, but didn't like the heavy plate armor he was originally created with, so he replaced it with bone armor he carved from bones he found on the battlefield.

The creation of this guy was pretty straightforward, but I think it turned out very well. 80% of this guy is just a general grievous model kit that I chewed up with a demel, and repainted. Made the white parts to look like warn bone, and the head itself was replaced with a skull from some other figure. I cut and shaved the skull to resemble Grievous's face plate, and then added some axe blades on the side to somewhat emulate the things on the original's head. Added a couple leather straps, 4 swords, and a very spawn esk cape. The hardest part was making enough room in the chest to fit a battery, switch and LED, and then run an LED up into the head as well.
