He was made from a D.I.C.E. Knightrex figure. He features 10 POA plus awesome sounds in both car and dino modes, respectively.
The only mods were done to the feet to create better poseability, and the head, to fill in a gap left by the removal of a horn.

Decepticon logos(badges? shields?) were printed on Avery labels then covered in contact and sealed with nail harder.
