I started off with a white vision because he was cheap on Amazon and pretty blank. Everything else is sculpted except for the skirt. For that I used 2 mm thick craft foam and scored it with a dull scalpel I heated over a candle. I was pretty happy with how well it blended with the sculpted pattern on his chest. For the scales on his arms and legs I used a cocktail straw pressed into a thin layer of miliput.the cape came from a trimmed down sleepwalker. And that's it. Thanks for looking
