Figure is based on the Comic House version of the character. Started with the red and white Rescue-Ops" figure as a base. Added accessories and used a darker red paint for some section. Batons were also from Marauder and the head is a Marvel Universe Captain Britain with some paint. At some point I may get arount to adding some water slide decals of maple leafs to add detail.
