Here we have another soldier of the Elven Army, commanded by Gil-Galad and Elrond during the battle against Sauron at Dagorlad.

This figure has the legs of Gil-Galad (and boots) and face of Aragorn at the Mordor gate. I took of the beard.

The sword and sheath are handmade. The sword is made from plastic with a wooden hilt. The sheath from cardboard with greenstuff added.
All the cloth is replaced with silk curtain fabric. It has iron wires on all edges for posing. The fabric needs to be glued instead of stitched...

I made new grips on the shield and replaced all the leather belts, straps and bands. As the buckle.

The spear is sharpened and has a ribbon of paper, thick layers of coating over it. I added the triangular point.

These elven figures are the hardest I have done so far, because of all the extra''s AND the huge repaint. But rewarding it is!
