The head is obviously Dr. Mid-Nite, but I really can't remember what base it is. It's just a very basic body of some kind. I'm pretty sire the hands were extras from The Ray. Though never an official member of the All-Star Squadron, Richard Dare/Captain X was a 1940s DC hero so he will make a good addition to my JSA/All-Star Squadron/Freedom Fighters collection.
