I used a storm body, mostly because I just had it and it was all white. I like white base figures so that I can dye them before painting, cutting down on the paint rub problem. I tried using little glass beads for the diamonds, but I couldn't get it to work, so I just sculpted them and painted them. Her head came from a cast I'd made, I believe from a wrestling figure who's facial expression I liked, and sculpted her hair with cosclay. That's about it really.
